These Terms and Conditions explain how visitors, buyers, suppliers, staff users and other parties may use Indian Spice Shop. By using this website, submitting an enquiry, logging into a portal, downloading the mail app, or communicating through the platform, you agree to these terms.
Nature of the platform
- Indian Spice Shop is an Indian food export sourcing and information platform covering spices, rice, pulses, seeds, flakes, canned products, frozen products, fruit pulps, concentrates and related food categories.
- Product pages may describe sourcing categories, common specifications, packing formats, documentation expectations and buyer inquiry requirements.
- Final availability, grade, origin, ingredients, packing, container loading, certification, price, payment terms, delivery terms and compliance details are confirmed only through direct inquiry and written confirmation.
No automatic offer or contract
- Website content, product pages, catalog items, market-rate references, RFQ tools and proposal templates are informational unless a separate written offer is issued by an authorized person.
- Submitting a contact form, quote request or supplier RFQ does not create a contract, purchase order, agency relationship, partnership or guaranteed supply commitment.
- Prices, rates and currency conversions shown in admin tools or communications may be indicative and require final confirmation.
Buyer and supplier responsibility
- Buyers must provide accurate company, contact, product, quantity, packing, destination and compliance requirements.
- Suppliers must provide accurate product, grade, origin, price, packing, documentation, shelf life and regulatory information.
- All parties are responsible for checking destination-country import rules, customs classification, labels, food safety requirements and documents before transaction.
Product information and images
- Product descriptions, HS code guidance, shelf life notes, buyer uses, documents and certifications are general guidance and may vary by exact product form, crop, batch, processor and destination market.
- Images are used to represent product categories or product style. Final product appearance, packing and labeling must be confirmed through actual samples, specifications or supplier documents.
- Do not rely only on website images or general notes for final purchase decisions.
Enquiries, communication and verification
- Contact and quote forms may require email verification through a one-time code.
- We may store, review and reply to enquiries through email, WhatsApp, phone, CRM, staff mailbox and task systems.
- We may reject spam, fake requests, abusive communication or incomplete enquiries.
Staff, admin and mail portals
- Admin, cadmin and mail users must keep credentials confidential and use only their authorized account.
- 2FA, trusted device settings, role permissions, activity logs and task notes may be used to protect access and trace operational activity.
- Misuse of portals, unauthorized access attempts, data scraping or sharing credentials may result in account removal.
APK and app use
- The INmails Android APK may be distributed directly from the website for staff use.
- Installing an APK outside Play Store may require allowing installation from the browser or device settings. Staff should install only the APK link provided by the website or admin.
- App notifications depend on device permission, Appilix/Firebase setup, browser/PWA support, server settings and active login state. Delivery cannot be guaranteed on every device or network.
Intellectual property and content protection
- Website text, structure, product pages, images, watermarking, admin tools and mail/CRM workflows belong to Indian Spice Shop or their respective licensors/sources.
- Users must not copy, scrape, resell, misrepresent, remove watermarks from, or misuse website content, product images or internal tools.
Third-party services
- The website may use hosting providers, email servers, Appilix, Firebase, exchange-rate APIs, government/public data sources, external video platforms, WhatsApp links and other third-party services.
- Third-party availability, accuracy, API limits, notifications and external links are outside our full control.
Limitation of liability
- The website is provided for sourcing support and business communication. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact data accuracy, successful notification delivery, product availability or transaction completion.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indian Spice Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, app, data, communications or third-party services.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms as the platform, product categories, staff tools, app features or legal requirements change.
- Continued use of the website or portals after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
